The therapy
Hilotherapy is a form of controlled, continuous cold-water therapy that circulates temperature-regulated water (typically 10–15 °C) through anatomically shaped cuffs. Unlike ice packs, it delivers constant, safe cooling that reduces post-operative swelling, pain and bruising.
